Commission Protocol

  1. 1. Studio Specification Submit dimensions, functional requirements, and blueprints for your projects.
  2. 2. Shop Drawing We return bespoke architectural drafts, scaling our nacre style to your specifications alongside the commission quote.
  3. 3. Execution The first deposit initiates production. You will be provided with weekly step-by-step visual documentation from the cutting of raw walnut to the final nacre polish.
  4. 4. Export & Delivery The final deposit initiates dispatch. All international freight, export clearance, and direct-to-site deliveries are managed through the Aramex global logistics network.

Terms of Commission +
All Nacresque Bespoke pieces are private commissions and are non-refundable once production begins. Returns or replacements are only issued in the event of a manufacturing defect. To ensure your absolute satisfaction, we require a final video inspection and sign off before dispatch from our workshop. As physical material samples are provided and approved prior to production, claims regarding material variations are not accepted. Every piece is structured with our 3 year structural craftsmanship guarantee.
